Do my package sessions expire?
Package sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, we recommend completing your treatments within the timeframe our esthetician recommended to you for optimal, transformative results.
How do I book my first session after paying?
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a welcome email containing a direct link to our booking calendar. Our concierge team will also reach out to personally assist you in scheduling if you need it. The booking link is https://shroutwellness.janeapp.com/#/t-shape-2
Can I share a package with someone else?
Our treatment packages are meticulously personalized for your individual progress and clinical outcomes so we typically don't transfer them to another person. That being said, if you have purchased a package and are happy with your results before you finish the package, we are happy to discuss transferring the remaining treatments.
What is the recommended treatment frequency?
Everyone is different and our esthetician is skilled at assessing your individual needs. She will recommend a course of care that is appropriate for the issue you presented with. On average, we see people scheduling about once per week, but more frequent is sometimes recommended.
